Subprocessors

Subprocessors are the third parties we engage to store data, run the Service, and send email. Each one holds a written contract with the same data protection terms we give our customers. The Data Processing Agreement lists this page as its subprocessor annex.

Cloudflare R2

Data
Attachments your end users send, archived inbound email, sanitized message documents, and contact export archives.

Why
Object storage. Files are too large and too numerous for the database, so the Service writes them to an S3-compatible bucket and keeps a key in the row that names them.

Leaseweb

Data
The Service's application and database servers, which means the customer and end-user data held on them, at rest and in transit.

Hosting. Leaseweb runs the servers that serve the Service.

OVHcloud

Data

Paddle

Data
The name, email address, billing address, and payment details of the person who pays for the account. We receive subscription and invoice records, never the full card number.

Why
Merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, tax, and invoices, so payment card data never reaches our systems.

Postmark and AWS SES

Data
Outbound support and transactional email: the sender and recipient addresses, subject, and body of each message we send.

Why
Email delivery. The Service submits outbound messages to a mail relay rather than running its own, which keeps deliverability and bounce handling off our servers.

Changes to this list

The list changes as the Service grows. When we add or remove a subprocessor we update this page, and that update is the notice described in the Data Processing Agreement. If an addition is not acceptable to you, you may terminate the Service.
